Eating out can prove to be a challenge when on
    the gluten free diet, but it is possible. Below is a
    list of restaurants that offer gluten free (g/f)
    selections. Unless noted as a restaurant
    exclusively in Arizona, most of these
    restaurants have multiple locations in several
    states.

    It is always a good idea to contact restaurants
    before visiting to confirm that they continue to
    offer gluten free selections, as menus do
    periodically change. Some restaurants provide
    an online printable gluten free menu. Others do
    not have a separate gluten free menu, but do
    have g/f choices on their menu.

    I have found in my experience that most
    restaurants are more than happy to do what
    they can to accommodate your needs. Always
    feel free to suggest to your favorite restaurants
    to add g/f selections, if none are currently
    available.
